Building strong teams is key to sustainable outcomes and is especially important in the international development sector where teams often change.   Our team building program uses the Myers Briggs Type indicator (MBTI®) to build greater self-awareness and more effective communication and collaboration within teams.

MBTI provides a simple, coherent model with which to understand behavior, and the behavior of others.  After more than 60 years of research and development, it is the most widely used instrument for understanding personality differences in a work context.
