First, we conduct a Talent Diagnosis to identify current and future skills gaps and prioritize leadership development efforts. The diagnosis utilizes CCL's Leadership Gap Indicator model plus qualitative and quantitative data from the organization’s Human Resources team.

Based on the Talent Diagnosis, we design, implement and evaluate customized Management and Leadership development programs. Programs are typically for a 4- to 6-month period and include a blended learning approach of skills building sessions, coaching, experimental learning and performance support.
