  • Design, develop, and implement major change initiatives such as a re-organization, new performance management system, etc.
  • Provide selection support for mid- and senior-level HR roles, mentor and coach HR staff

OPERATIONAL HR

  • Review and develop HR policies and procedures
  • Support the start-up or exit of an overseas program
  • Review compensation policies and practices, including job design
  • Design on-boarding programs
  • Advice on employee relations issues
  • Review and develop HR metrics
