- Extensive review of policies and policy framework including dissemination, notification, and communication.
- Examine the efficacy of the application of policies and systems; including response time, actions taken and resolution.
- Design new policies and systems. This can include toolkits for the introduction of new policies and follow-up guides to ensure that policies are being applied.
RISE can provide in-person training for all levels of employees, both at headquarters and overseas offices. Learning outcomes are measured by pre- and post-training surveys. All training can be delivered in English and French.

OVERSEAS HR SUPPORT
RISE is experienced at managing sexual harassment issues, concerns, and investigations including the management of EEOC claims. We can therefore provide confidential advice on an as needed basis to both headquarters and overseas offices.
- Provide train the trainer workshops for overseas HR staff in compliance, leading investigations, etc.
- Assist with the recruitment of mid- and senior-level HR roles.
- Provide mentoring and coaching to support success in current or future HR roles.
